The Good: Lots of jumps, it can get pretty crazy, good physics
The Bad: Lame voice overs, not-so-good graphics, one minded game play
Dave is another racing physics game, but it could have been so much more. The core of the game comprises of adjusting the angle of your jump then getting the speed just right. You have to land straight and not hit anything or you will pay a huge hospital bill and this eats up your money. You can do a practice run to prevent this, but the accelerating is so squirrelly. You have to get the speed just right, but it flips flops too much with just the tiniest adjustment.
The levels get a little better by jumping canyons into mine shafts, but it doesn’t go beyond this one minded track style. The graphics are pretty low-res and the voice overs are pretty lame, but what’s the incentive on spending the $2? If you really love motorcycles, stunts, and are just really bored. The game needs so much more variety especially with games like Trials and Joe Danger out now this game is really left behind.
